**NFU UPDATE : 08-Oct-18 - Govt has approved nomination of Ms Jyoti Singh as Delhi High Court Judge. She was Sr Advocate for respondents in NFU case. She received a call from Chief Justice of Delhi High Court at about 1:30 pm to come to High Court for documentation purposes. Arguments in NFU were scheduled at at 2 pm. She can no longer argue in NFU case now. Since Dussehra & Diwali Holidays are coming up, Hon’ble SC has fixed 19 Nov 2018 as next date of hearing. Satyadev Jayate.
